Event Show Callers are professionals responsible for coordinating and cueing all technical and performance elements during live events, such as conferences, concerts, and theater productions. They work closely with the production team, including audio, lighting, and video operators, to ensure everything happens at the right moment. Show Callers follow detailed scripts or cue sheets, communicate through headsets, and maintain precise timing to deliver a seamless event experience. During a live event, the Show Caller coordinates cue execution, gives precise timing instructions, and adapts to any on-the-fly changes. This collaboration requires clear communication, quick problem-solving, and an in-depth understanding of the show’s flow to deliver a polished, successful event experience.
