Job description

Requirements
Duties:
  • Assist the sales team in booking and operations.
  • Attend site surveys for events.
  • Assist in collecting timelines and venue details.
  • Generate, create & submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed.
  • Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail.
  • Assist with communicating with Clients about event details.
  • Lead, and oversee contractors as needed.
  • Scheduling & reserving gear for events.
  • Help load and unload trucks.
  • Assist in productions and events (load-in, run/ operate, strike).
  • Delivery of equipment, mostly local but with occasional overnight trips when necessary.
  • Have a professional appearance during events.
  • Assist around the warehouse with normal business operation duties.
  • Assist in the creation of event documentation for marketing.
  • Assist other departments when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
Qualifications:
  • Possess that magnetic 'it' factor and unique brand
  • Minimum 2 years proven experience as a DJ in various hospitality spaces and live events
  • Expert performer with love for live entertainment
  • Steady learner, dedicated to exceeding expectations
  • Sharp attention to detail, coupled with responsive communication
  • Active drivers license with a clear MVR and ability to drive trucks & vans to transport gear to event sites
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull 50-75 pounds or more on a repeated basis
  • Must be able to flex between prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting
  • Must be able to bend frequently, extend, kneel and twist to execute tasks
  • Can perform duties in a myriad ofenvironment spaces, while exposed to various weather conditions,temperatures, noises, and bright lights.
  • Have the skillfulness to operate multiple size vehicles, including non-CDL trucks, vans and trailers according totraffic laws and DOT standards
