Promotional Event Coordinator

About This Role:

Workplace Arrangements

This is a hybrid role out of our Ottawa Home Office on Walkley road. You can expect to come onsite quarterly and work from home the rest of the time.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Complete setup and maintenance of pricing and promotional event data within Buying Events Advertising systems, following defined processes and standards.

  • Identify, correct, and escalate promotional and event data errors and risks to maintain data integrity through regular validation, reporting, and quality assurance processes.

  • Apply updates to promotional events based on input from Buying and Marketing, ensuring changes are entered accurately and on time.

  • Prepare required promotional documentation to support event execution processes.

  • Test Buying Events Advertising system updates and enhancements, identifying and escalating issues to support accurate event setup.

What You'll Bring:

  • Postsecondary education

  • Minimum 2 years of corporate retail or promotional execution experience

  • Experience working with data entry, systems, or tools (such as AS400) in a high-volume environment

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data or setup issues

  • Ability to learn and apply new systems and processes quickly

  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data management

Assets You May Have:

  • Experience in pricing, promotions, or flyer executio

  • Experience working cross-functionally in retail environments

$45,600.00 - $68,500.00
