Activities Director - Del Rosa Villa
Location: San Bernardino, CA
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time (weekends and occasional evenings required)
Del Rosa Villa is seeking an experienced and motivated Activities Director to lead our activities program and enhance the quality of life for our residents. This leadership role is responsible for developing and overseeing a dynamic, resident-centered program that meets the physical, social, and emotional needs of those we serve.
Position Summary
The Activities Director plans, organizes, and directs all aspects of the facility's activities program in accordance with federal, state, and company guidelines to ensure residents receive meaningful engagement opportunities
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement a comprehensive activities program tailored to resident interests and needs
  • Create and maintain a monthly calendar of group and individual activities
  • Lead and supervise activities staff and volunteers
  • Conduct resident assessments and contribute to care planning
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to activities programming
  • Promote resident participation and engagement in daily activities
  • Coordinate special events, outings, and community involvement opportunities
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports
