Job purpose
To manage the Jimmy Johnโs Catering program in assigned geographical area. Develop and nurture client relationships in order to build the brand and program. Network and develop sales leads through events, cold calling and sampling.
Duties and Responsibilities
โข Be a Role Model to new Team Members
โข Provide excellent Customer Service
โข Adhere to Team Member Handbook Policies and Procedures
โข Maintain and foster Company Culture
โข Prep and make sandwiches for events when needed
โข Maintain Food Safety
โข Maintain Workplace Safety
โข Work closely with District Manager to meet performance metrics
โข Attend monthly General Manager meetings at the Corporate office
โข Attend weekly District Manager meetings at the Corporate office
โข Work closely with Brand Ambassadors to generate leads
โข Cold calling for leads daily, close leads and develop contract clients
โข Research and seek out community events and coordinate JJ attendance
โข Plan and execute Local Store Marketing strategy with Brand Ambassadors
โข Source and maintain client relations
Qualifications
โข Must be 18+
โข Must have at least 1 year of sales and /or marketing experience
โข Must be coachable
โข Must have experience in dealing with customer issues
โข Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing
Working conditions
Must be able to work in a moderately loud and fast-moving environment. Jimmy Johnโs stores play music at a moderate level all day. Must be able to avoid distraction and apply safety best practices while using slicer, knives and oven.
Physical requirements
Must be able to stand for length of shift. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to climb ladder if needed.
