Job description

Job purpose

To manage the Jimmy Johnโ€™s Catering program in assigned geographical area. Develop and nurture client relationships in order to build the brand and program. Network and develop sales leads through events, cold calling and sampling.

Duties and Responsibilities

โ€ข Be a Role Model to new Team Members

โ€ข Provide excellent Customer Service

โ€ข Adhere to Team Member Handbook Policies and Procedures

โ€ข Maintain and foster Company Culture

โ€ข Prep and make sandwiches for events when needed

โ€ข Maintain Food Safety

โ€ข Maintain Workplace Safety

โ€ข Work closely with District Manager to meet performance metrics

โ€ข Attend monthly General Manager meetings at the Corporate office

โ€ข Attend weekly District Manager meetings at the Corporate office

โ€ข Work closely with Brand Ambassadors to generate leads

โ€ข Cold calling for leads daily, close leads and develop contract clients

โ€ข Research and seek out community events and coordinate JJ attendance

โ€ข Plan and execute Local Store Marketing strategy with Brand Ambassadors

โ€ข Source and maintain client relations

Qualifications

โ€ข Must be 18+

โ€ข Must have at least 1 year of sales and /or marketing experience

โ€ข Must be coachable

โ€ข Must have experience in dealing with customer issues

โ€ข Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing

Working conditions

Must be able to work in a moderately loud and fast-moving environment. Jimmy Johnโ€™s stores play music at a moderate level all day. Must be able to avoid distraction and apply safety best practices while using slicer, knives and oven.

Physical requirements

Must be able to stand for length of shift. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to climb ladder if needed.
