General Description

Madison Group is seeking a highly organized and strategic Project Manager to join the Marketing & Branding Department to lead unique project campaigns from marketing and branding initiatives to concept and execution. The ideal candidate will oversee timelines, creative workflows, and campaign coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand objectives.

This role requires strong communication, and problem-solving skills, along with prior experience in new development marketing focused on campaigns, branding projects, and collaboration across creative, digital, and business teams.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing and branding campaigns across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with and manage relationships with creative, digital, content, social media, product, vendors, consultant, and external agency partners to deliver cohesive and effective marketing campaigns
  • Develop and manage project timelines and delivery schedules to ensure successful execution
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met
  • Facilitate campaign planning marketing meetings and provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with brand guidelines and company objectives
  • Track campaign KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Oversee project launches, brand initiatives, events, and multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through completion
  • Maintain organized documentation, workflows, asset libraries, and project management systems
  • Develop compelling copy for marketing collateral, presentations, and campaign materials
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement process enhancements
  • Support administrative functions including billing, invoice processing, budget tracking, and other administrative duties as required

Presentation Centre & Brand Standards Responsibilities;

  • Responsible for the ongoing maintenance, organization, and presentation of the sales and presentation centre to ensure it consistently reflects company brand standards and delivers a polished, professional, and welcoming client experience. This includes overseeing visual merchandising, cleanliness, signage, marketing materials, and overall brand consistency throughout the customer journey.

Experience Requirement:

  • Candidates must demonstrate employment stability, with a minimum tenure of three years in their most recent role
  • 3–5 years of experience within a marketing department or related environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, branding, or a related field
  • Experience collaborating with advertising agencies, creative teams, and cross-functional marketing teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, advertising, branding, and campaign execution
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as HubSpot and Trello
  • Intermediate proficiency with AI tools and platforms used in marketing, branding, and project management workflows
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat, with the ability to create polished marketing and presentation materials.
