Job Overview
Our project managers work on every phase of building design projects including programming, schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration. Project managers also have exposure to the business side of architecture including proposal writing and project financial tracking.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Programming, Schematic Design, and Design Development
  • Construction Documents
  • Construction Administration
  • Finishes Selection
  • 3D Renderings
  • Conference calls and meetings with clients, engineers, vendors, and general contractors
  • Expected to lead client presentations
  • Expected to be an active participant at all networking events
  • Expected to provide mentorship to other team members as needed
  • Expected to work closely with other members of the team including delegation to team members earlier in their career

Requirements
Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in Adobe Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
  • Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, and 3d rendering/visualization software
  • Experience with AI (ex. CoPilot, Chat GPT, etc), Teams, and Planner a plus
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to multitask and balance multiple projects

Work Experience:
  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience

Formal Education:
  • Bachelor degree in Architecture or Interior Design

  • Licensed Architect or on the path to becoming licensed preferred
