About Us
Albany State University is a fully accredited senior unit of the University System of Georgia. Location
Our West Campus is located at 2400 Gillionville Road, Albany, GA 31707. Our East Campus is located at 504 College Drive, Albany, GA 31705. The Human Resources office for both campuses is located on the West Campus in Building K, Suite 209
Job Summary
Assist with the production and execution of Albany State Athletics livestream broadcasts and digital media initiatives. This position provides hands-on experience in sports broadcasting, live event production, and digital media operations.
Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with livestream production for home athletic events.
  • Operate cameras during live broadcasts.
  • Assist with graphics, scoreboard operation, replay systems, and broadcast software.
  • Support audio setup and operation for livestreams.
  • Assist with play-by-play and color commentary preparation.
  • Capture video highlights and postgame content.
  • Help set up, test, troubleshoot, and break down broadcast equipment.
  • Maintain and organize digital media equipment and files.
  • Support special projects and video production initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
