Job description

The Admin Assistant works behind the scenes to support the daily/weekly operations of SRC High ministry. This position requires a heart for serving through strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. The Assistant will possess the desire to help grow the SRC High ministry through executing administrative tasks. This Is an in-person, in-office part-time role working 15 hours per week. A background screening and drug screening are required of all candidates offered employment.

TEAM MEMBERSHIP:
SRC High School Ministry
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
Administrative Support
  • Prepare Curriculum and support documents as directed by SRC High Coordinators.
  • Assist with identifying monthly objectives, events and celebrations of God's hand in SRC HS ministry.
  • Create templates to standardize regular emails, bulletins and general communications.
  • Schedule and coordinate weekly informational texts.
  • Partner with Communication/Marketing department and SRC High Coordinators to design templates for Social Media posts.
  • Liaise with Pastors and Volunteers - keeping open communication with Volunteers and helping to coordinate with Worship Team if needed.
  • Construct SRC High Ministry Policy Book.
  • Work with Coordinators and Ministry Assistant to schedule volunteers.
  • Support coordinators in communication plan for emails, texts and social media.

Event Planning
  • Coordinate and order weekly Meals for SRC High School Tuesday Night Meeting.
  • Order supplies using retail platforms (Amazon, etc.); reconcile receipts for Accounting.
  • Order weekly meals for SRC High Campus Night.
  • Responsible for booking event space and details using eSpace platform.
  • Handle special event logistics, including venue arrangements, equipment setup, and purchasing supplies if needed.
  • Create and distribute promotional materials for events and activities.
