Overview

In your role as Manager, Event Management you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing industry tradeshows, end users, and dealer events. This role oversees event objectives, strategy, attendee journeys, booth activations, and cross-functional communication to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand experience.

This role is hybrid (3 days per week onsite) in our Skokie, IL location. 

Responsibilities
  • Develops and executes event strategies that drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and commercial impact aligned with North American business objectives. 
  • Designs attendee journeys and event experiences that support customer acquisition, engagement, and progression through the customer lifecycle.
  • Identify, pilot, and scale innovative experiential marketing concepts that create differentiated customer engagement and strengthen market leadership.
  • Leads cross-functional event planning and communication, aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, and leadership teams around business priorities, event objectives, customer value propositions, and post-event follow-up strategies to maximize commercial impact.
  • Oversees event planning, budget management vendor relationships, and resource allocation to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget and in alignment with objectives. 
  • Develops and delivers booth staff training programs, messaging guides, and executive briefing materials to ensure a consistent, audience-centric brand experience across all events. Coaches internal teams on active listening techniques, customer engagement best practices, and adaptive messaging strategies to effectively respond to attendee interests, personas, and business challenges while accurately representing company priorities and value propositions. 
  • Develop executive-level event performance reviews, including ROI analysis, attendee engagement metrics, pipeline influence, and recommendations that inform future investment decisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with event management, vendor management, and creative event planning.
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct people management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Base salaries vary based on qualifications, geography, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for the opportunity. The base salary for this position ranges from $103,900 to $176,700 with a midpoint target.  This position may also be eligible for our incentive pay program, which varies based on individual and Company performance in the year. If your salary expectations do not align, still apply as we are often flexible on the seniority of posted positions. All positions also include an award-winning benefits package.
