Events & Marketing Assistant

Summary

The Events & Marketing Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events and marketing initiatives that promote the organization’s brand, services, and community engagement. This role assists with event logistics, social media content, promotional materials, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure successful marketing campaigns and memorable events.

Key Responsibilities Event Coordination

  • Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, tournaments, member activities, and promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate event logistics including scheduling, registrations, setup, signage, décor, and vendor communication
  • Help manage event timelines, guest lists, and follow-up communications
  • Support on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution
  • Independently plans and manages club events
  • Negotiates vendors
  • Creates communications strategy
  • Makes operational decisions without close supervision
  • Controls budgets

Marketing Support

  • Assist with creating and scheduling social media content, email campaigns, and promotional materials
  • Update website content, event calendars, and marketing databases
  • Coordinate photography, graphics, and branded materials for events and campaigns
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
  • Monitor engagement metrics and prepare basic marketing reports

Administrative Duties
