Duties and Responsibilities In this role, you will: Researches and identifies solutions, venues, tools, and processes to meet customer and program needs. Negotiates with vendors and industry partners and manages requisition steps including RFPs, contracts, and purchases. Creates, edits, and manages communications for internal and external audiences, including event and meeting coordination through Outlook.
Oversees registration and conference management systems for in-person events, eLearning, webinars, and workshops. Tracks and manages budgets, billing, scholarships, education credits, and program data using tools such as Excel. Provides technical support for live events and facilitates professional webinar sessions in Zoom and Teams.
Follows established CES operational processes while collaborating with leadership on improvements and completing additional duties as assigned. Performs other duties as signed. Qualifications and Credentials A combination of education and experience demonstrating a working knowledge of the duties and responsibilities of the Court Education Assistant may substitute for the qualifications listed.
Associate of Arts degree in Business or a related field AND Four (4) years of administrative program support experience. Must be willing to travel. This position requires periodic travel to support programs in various parts of the state for up to one week at a time.
THE IDEAL APPLICANT WILL ALSO HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Delivers exceptional customer service, consultation, and educational support while demonstrating strong communication, grammar, and writing skills. Shows high technical aptitude with self-learning ability and proficiency in Microsoft 365, LMS, CMS, conference-management systems, and similar applications. Maintains accurate budget and bookkeeping records and follows established process standards while offering thoughtful improvements.
Understands customer expectations, produces high-quality work, and builds positive, collaborative relationships with coworkers, stakeholders, and participants. Analyzes complex issues, recommends effective solutions, and develops accurate estimates supported by timelines, objectives, and action plans. Prioritizes responsibilities, manages time well, multitasks in a complex environment, and maintains strong attention to detail.
Follows projects from inception through implementation, anticipates challenges, adjusts plans as needed, and keeps the CES Manager and Education Coordinators informed. Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and a consistently positive approach to change and evolving priorities. Overnight travel may be required based on business needs. This position may be overtime eligible.
