In this role, you will coordinate the operations, events and client interactions that enable Nous Data Insights to deliver exceptional work across North America and the United Kingdom (UK).

About the role

This role sits at the centre of our North America and UK operations. It exists to enable the smooth delivery of our work, from coordinating client events to supporting internal operations and marketing activity.

In this role, you will coordinate the interactions, events and operational processes that allow our team to deliver consistently highquality work and strong client experiences. You will work closely with colleagues across regions and build relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

This role is open to candidates based in Ontario. This is a flexible hybrid role, with the expectation of occasional travel to our Toronto office.

NDI Team coordinationย ย 

  • Provide administrative support to NDI staff, including coordinating travel, scheduling meetings, managing calendars and supporting day-to-day operational needs
  • Liaise with administrative staff at client organizations to coordinate briefings, workshops, and other events including managing the required logistics
  • Support special projects, operational research and ad hoc requests as assigned.

Marketing and events

  • Support the team with sales campaigns including online research, contact list collation, and outbound emails
  • Support the delivery of in-person and virtual events, coordinating logistics, timelines, marketing & stakeholder communication and webinar setups
  • Update and maintain CRM systems to enable accurate tracking and visibility of business development activities
  • Liaise directly with prospects and clients to secure meetings and attendance at events.

ย And the practical experience:ย 

  • 2-3 years experience in a coordination role (events, office, etc.), ideally in a corporate setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly and professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • High attention to detail
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • A flexible attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for client satisfaction
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Demonstrated independence, taking initiative wand solving problems
  • Previous experience supporting marketing or business development activities highly regarded.

The expected base salary for this role is between $70 - 90K CAD annually. Final salary may vary based on location, experience and qualifications.
