Event Manager - Marques Amusement Company (The MAC)
Marques Amusement Company - "The Greatest Party on Earth" - is a fast-growing event and entertainment company serving the Atlanta area. We specialize in delivering unforgettable experiences through bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, games, and large-scale event setups for schools, churches, corporate events, and community festivals.
We are seeking a dependable, high-energy Event Manager to lead and execute events while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
As an Event Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of events from setup to breakdown. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage crews, coordinate logistics, and ensure all equipment is safely and efficiently installed. You will serve as the on-site leader and the face of the company, ensuring each event runs smoothly and meets our standards of excellence.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is comfortable taking ownership of event operations. You will be responsible for leading team members, maintaining organization, communicating with customers, and resolving issues in real time.
Success in this role means delivering consistent, high-quality events, leading teams effectively, and contributing to the continued growth and reputation of Marques Amusement Company.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in event management, logistics, operations, or a leadership role

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Experience driving trucks and/or towing trailers
