What You'll Do

Field Leadership & Coaching

During field weeks, you will:

  • Generate qualified appointments through retail partnerships and community events
  • Maintain a minimum of six personal demos per month
  • Coach new marketers during live customer interactions
  • Demonstrate best practices by leading from the front
  • Provide real-time coaching on:
    • Script delivery
    • Body language
    • Confidence
    • Communication
    • Objection handling
    • Customer engagement
  • Help struggling team members improve performance
  • Partner with Regional Marketing Managers to support employee development

Classroom Training

During training weeks, you will:

  • Lead new hire training classes Monday-Friday
  • Train approximately two classes each month
  • Teach company systems, scripts, and marketing fundamentals
  • Conduct role-playing exercises
  • Coach communication and presentation skills
  • Build confidence through hands-on practice
  • Administer graduation testing and performance evaluations
  • Prepare classroom materials and daily lesson plans
  • Travel to various training locations throughout Michigan as needed

Qualifications

  • Leadership or coaching experience preferred
  • Sales, retail marketing, event marketing, canvassing, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and develop others
  • Positive attitude with strong leadership qualities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel throughout West Michigan

Compensation includes:

  • $700/week base salary
  • $50 for every qualified demo you personally generate
  • $10 for every demo generated by your trainees during their first 30 days
  • $10 graduation bonus for each successful trainee
