Job description

Hill House Home is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our CEO in our New York City offices. This role will serve as a trusted right hand to ensure the CEO's day-to-day schedule and logistics run seamlessly.

The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, exceptionally organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person should have strong professional boundaries, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach. This is a hybrid role based in NYC, with 4 days per week in-office.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the CEO's personal and professional calendar
  • Coordinate scheduling across meetings, appointments, travel, events, fittings, photo shoots, and family commitments
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of schedules and priorities
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively adjust priorities as needed
  • Coordinate personal appointments and logistics, including family-related scheduling when necessary
  • Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for daily meetings, appointments, and commitments
  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, reservations, and itineraries
  • Track invitations, RSVPs, and event logistics for both personal and professional engagements
  • Support personal shopping, wardrobe coordination, and event preparation as needed
  • Coordinate with household needs, family support, and external vendors on schedules and logistics
  • Assist with miscellaneous personal and administrative tasks to support the CEO's daily operations
Who You Are
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a personal assistant, executive assistant, or administrative support role
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Highly skilled in calendar management and scheduling across multiple priorities
  • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Calm, resourceful, and solutions-oriented in fast-paced environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and modern scheduling and communication tools
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and willing to jump in wherever needed
  • Able to work from our NYC headquarters at least 4 days per week

Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. The estimated annual compensation for this role is $65,000+
