Dental experience is welcome but not required. We encourage candidates with proven backgrounds in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, retail, administration, or other service-focused industries to apply.
Wage range: $23.50 - $26.50 per hour

Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and positive experience for patients by greeting, checking in, and assisting them throughout their visit
- Coordinate and manage patient schedules, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication
- Answer patient questions regarding appointments, billing, and insurance benefits
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with patient account management
- Accurately enter and maintain patient information and records
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure efficient office operations and exceptional patient care
- Utilize scheduling and practice management software to support daily operations
- Assist with resolving patient concerns and identifying solutions that support a positive patient experience
Skills & Qualifications
- Warm, friendly, and professional with a passion for helping others
- Ability to remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and schedule coordination abilities
- Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service
- Comfort learning and utilizing new technology and software systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general data entry skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting patients and teammates
- Dental insurance knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or administrative roles is preferred
Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-5:30pm
