The Fabrication coordinator will be a vital member of the facility, responsible for completion of operational dashboards, reporting, facilitating annual core training, managing Gemba schedule, attendance tracking and coordinating other related tasks within the facility.


  • Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

    • Facilitate completion of operational dashboards for performance measuring and reporting
    • Assist leadership in supporting new hire onboarding and orientation.
    • Track and facilitate annual core training for all staff.
    • Coordinate and organize seminars and meetings.
    • Support, create, and administer employee recognition initiatives.
    • Support meetings (schedule invites, distribute minutes, etc.
    • Assist with ordering supplies and maintaining inventory control based on operational standards (Operational Excellence)
    • Provide support to fabrication department as needed (e.g. occasionally fabricate devices)
    • Assist leadership in receiving and screening incoming customer service communications, answering questions, researching and resolving problems and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
    • Assist the team by initiating contact with internal customers (Clinicians) and assisting with improving relationships by identifying potential issues before they arise.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • Scheduling entries of incoming work as well as closing them at the end of the workday
