Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced food service environment? Picasso Restaurant Group is seeking a Front of House Lead & Catering Assistant to help oversee daily café operations while supporting our growing catering program.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
Front of House Leadership
  • Lead and support the front-of-house team during daily operations
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
  • Open and close the café as needed
  • Train and coach team members
  • Ensure food displays, beverage stations, and dining areas remain clean, stocked, and presentation-ready
  • Assist with scheduling and daily operational needs
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards

Catering Support
  • Prepare and package catering orders with attention to detail
