Location:Kohler, WI

Opportunity

As a Catering Assistant, you will support the preparation, packaging, and delivery of premium catering orders for private events, corporate functions, and in-store gatherings. You will ensure that every order reflects the store's commitment to quality, presentation, and exceptional customer service. This role requires attention to detail, time management, and a passion for food and hospitality. 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and package catering orders according to customer specifications and store standards 
  • Ensure all items are fresh, accurately labeled, and beautifully presented 
  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding pickup times, delivery, details, and special requests 
  • Assist with last-minute changes or adjustments to orders with a solution-focused approach 
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of catered events, both in-store and off-site as needed 
  • Deliver orders on an as needed basis 
  • Maintain a clean and organized catering prep area 
  • Monitor inventory of catering supplies and ingredients, and notify management of restocking needs 
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines 
  • Ensure catering equipment is clean, functional, and properly stored 
  • Follow dress code and grooming standards that reflect the upscale environment 
  • Will complete all duties and requests as assigned by management 

This is a casual part-time position working both weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary between 5:30 am and 9:00 pm.
