Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consistently perform all duties and responsibilities to the best of my ability; and, be punctual in all work-related duties and responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and sell National Networks' LLC products and services to assigned Clients and prospects
  • Meet company sales quotas
  • Attend or conduct Quarterly Technology Business Reviews for assigned accounts
  • Generate and/or assist with Ticket reports for each quarter
  • Generate and/or assist with Detailed LabTech and Rapid Fire Reports
  • Prepare, conduct, and deliver monthly Executive Summaries for assigned accounts
  • Schedule and perform or assist with a Full Network Evaluation for assigned Managed IT Service assigned accounts, yearly
  • Attend daily, weekly, and/or monthly sales meetings as scheduled
  • Resolve critical issues with any Client relationships   
  • Coordinate all aspects of service provided within the Managed IT Service Agreements for assigned accounts
  • Coordinate room rentals and Equipment rentals
  • Quality assurance on tickets performed
  • Request and deliver quotes within 48 hours of client request
  • Client training as necessary
  • Monitoring/coordinate offsite backup usage
  • Participate in ongoing strategy meetings
  • Attend National Networks' or third-party sponsored industry, charity, educational events or training events as directed
  • Stay up to date on industry related news and technology
  • Conduct Client onboarding meeting as per the Perfect Client Experience/Onboarding process
  • Update all activities, time sheets, and Sales processes within ConnectWise daily
  • Update ConnectWise opportunities and sales funnel daily
  • Develop & maintain relationships with all assigned Clients and prospects
  • Attend relevant project meetings
  • Perform yearly Telco audit and initial Credit card audit on current Clients
  • Assist in any past due collections needed for Managed IT Service Clients
  • Must have reliable Means of Transportation
  • When in public, represent National Networks LLC in a professional manner at all times.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned

  • Ability to perform public speaking and presentations on National Networks Technology products and services.
  • Interpersonal skills, such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer-care
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately
  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment
  • Ability to remain current on necessary ongoing industry related training
  • Complete ConnectWise sales training and demonstrate full knowledge of ConnectWise
