Were hiring an Entry-Level Evening Floor Technician to join our Project Services Team a small, disciplined crew responsible for specialized commercial floor care projects throughout Newport News and surrounding areas.
This is a full-time evening position for someone dependable, steady, and ready to learn a skilled trade in a structured environment.
No prior experience required.
We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement.
We supply the vehicle, equipment, uniforms, and training.
You bring consistency, accountability, and professionalism.
The Work
  • Strip, wax, buff, and restore commercial floors
  • Operate professional-grade floor equipment (training provided)
  • Load and manage equipment at job sites
  • Follow established safety and chemical handling protocols
  • Complete projects on schedule and to defined quality standards
