Job description

Job Opportunity: OB-GYN Physician

Our organization, located in the picturesque Cape Cod region of Massachusetts, is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB-GYN to become part of our collaborative team, which includes 9 physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioners, and 5 Certified Nurse Midwives. Candidates can choose to work within a traditional OB/GYN framework, a Laborist Model, or a combination of both. Deliveries and surgical procedures are conducted at Cape Cod Hospital, where our busy outpatient practice offers a comprehensive array of obstetric and gynecological services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a balanced call schedule with gynecological backup.
  • Deliver high-quality care while ensuring satisfaction for both patients and providers.
  • Engage in collaborative efforts with a skilled team of obstetricians, midwives, and maternity nurses.
  • Provide in-house call coverage from 7 PM to 7 AM and 7 AM to 7 PM, coordinating with our current Laborist.
  • Access specialized high-risk pregnancy care and neonatal intensive care through partnerships with Boston hospitals.
  • Work alongside pediatric hospitalists available around the clock.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Strong commitment to patient care and teamwork.
