Position Overview
As a BODY20 Receptionist, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis! You will be an integral part of the success of a fast-paced fitness studio by providing best-in-class customer experiences while building relationships with BODY20 members and the community.
Responsibilities
  • Greet all clients, prospects and employees in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Provide superior customer service to current members and prospects
  • Check members in, schedule appointments and answer membership questions
  • Work as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales and onboarding new members.
  • Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand
  • Create 2-3 social media posts per week
  • Create content for a monthly newsletter
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in fitness, hospitality or customer service
  • Weekday afternoon shift availability (noon-7:30pm)
  • Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
  • Passion for health and wellness
  • Strong Follow-up and organizational skills
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
