Body20 Receptionist

Body20 is a one-of-a-kind, technology-assisted training program that helps people maximize their body's natural fitness capacity and muscle activation. By combining personalized one-on-one training with body gear that sends electrical impulses into the deep tissue of your body's muscles — the way your brain does — Body20 helps everybody safely maximize performance.

We are all about providing fun and rewarding experiences for our team members, expanding our brand rapidly in our community, as well as throughout the country and in the world, looking for successful and motivated people who want to build a career that offers tangible growth opportunity.

Position Overview

As a Body20 Receptionist, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis! You will be an integral part of the success of a fast-paced fitness studio by providing best-in-class customer experiences while building relationships with Body20 members and the community.

Responsibilities
  • Greet all clients, prospects and employees in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Provide superior customer service to current members and prospects
  • Check members in, schedule appointments and answer membership questions
  • Work as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales and onboarding new members.
  • Generate a monthly event calendar and participate in community events to promote the Body20 brand
  • Create 3-5 social media posts per month
  • Attend 1-2 outside events per month
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in fitness, hospitality or customer service
  • Saturday availability (7am-1pm)
  • Ability to take 1-2 Body20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
  • Passion for health and wellness
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
