Are you a strategic thinker who thrives on transforming complex ideas into winning proposals?

SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a Marketing and Proposal Coordinator (HR Title: Marketing Coordinator) to join our Midwest Northeast team.

In this role, you will be a partner who brings an ownership mindset to every pursuit. Because SWCA is 100% employee-owned, our team members don't just execute tasks; we take direct responsibility for our collective success. Working alongside our technical experts and operations leaders, you'll take ownership of positioning and pursuing some of our most critical environmental opportunities across the region.

This role spans the entire pursuit lifecycle. From initial capture planning and strategy to proposal development, interview prep, and post-submission lessons learned, you will be the engine that keeps complex pursuits moving forward. Success in this role means helping SWCA pursue the right opportunities, develop compelling, client-focused narratives, and fuel our regional growth with critical environmental wins.

This full-time, salaried, non-exempt, and regular (with benefits) position that offers flexibility to work remotely, in a hybrid capacity, or from an SWCA office. Priority will be given to candidates in Central or Eastern time zones who can occasionally travel to offices for on-site collaboration. The role may require occasional evening or weekend work to meet critical deadlines. Office locations supported: Chicago, IL; New Buffalo, MI; Pittsburgh, PA; Philadelphia, PA; Amherst, MA; Boston, MA; and Portland, ME.

To be considered for this position, a cover letter must accompany your resume.

Application deadline: Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and interviews may be scheduled as qualified candidates are identified. This position may close without prior notice once a strong candidate pool is established.
