What You'll Do
  • Perform clinical testing across hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, coagulation, and immunology
  • Accurately process and analyze patient samples from collection through result reporting
  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation and point-of-care testing equipment
  • Evaluate and validate test results; follow up on abnormalities and critical values
  • Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, and facility protocols for documentation, safety, and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with providers and nursing staff to support timely and accurate clinical decisions
  • Rotate through evening shifts with an emphasis on flexibility, teamwork, and accountability
Education
  • Associate's degree or equivalent in Medical Laboratory Technology or Clinical Lab Science from an accredited program
Certifications
  • ASCP or AMT certification preferred
  • Must be eligible for certification if not yet obtained
  • BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of lab experience preferred, though motivated new grads are welcome
