Golden Care Diagnostic and Psychological Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a full-time remote clinician. • Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that encompass clear, achievable goals and interventions aligned with best practices in mental health care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive holistic and coordinated care.
• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, performing risk assessments and safety planning as necessary to ensure clients’ well-being.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Organize and lead psychoeducational workshops, group therapy sessions, and support groups that encourage community and peer support.

Your work will focus on serving a broad spectrum of clients dealing with various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other psychosocial challenges. You will have the chance to impact lives positively and empower patients through effective therapy and support. This role requires sensitivity to the complex nature of mental health and a commitment to respectful, client-centered care.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is essential.
• Demonstrable expertise in effective evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills with the ability to connect and build rapport with clients.

• Experience with diverse client populations and familiarity with culturally competent practices in mental health.
• Knowledge of current trends and legislation within the mental health field.
• Proficiency in telehealth technologies and electronic health record systems.
