• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that reflect individualized goals and therapeutic approaches.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality therapy sessions to individuals, groups, and families, adapting multiple therapeutic modalities to address a range of mental health issues.
• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals in creating a supportive network for clients, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, employing your clinical skills and compassion to assist clients in acute distress or emergency situations.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives, facilitating workshops and educational programs that promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma in the community.

You will work with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to connect with clients across different backgrounds will enhance our mission of delivering culturally competent care that truly resonates with those we serve.

• A valid and active independent license, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A commitment to cultural competency and sensitivity in working with various populations, ensuring an inclusive therapeutic environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, adept at maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress.

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings, demonstrating a strong familiarity with treatment modalities relevant to a wide range of issues.
• Prior involvement in community mental health initiatives or outreach programs that reflect a commitment to enhancing mental health access and education.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate group therapy sessions through conceptualizing and implementing engaging and effective therapeutic activities.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD $80,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and credentials.
