The Happy Cures Therapy Clinic is actively seeking a full-time, licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our innovative psychological care team. This position is designed for a remote work setting, tailored to accommodate the needs of our outpatient clients. You will engage with patients primarily through digital platforms, ensuring optimal flexibility and accessibility for both therapists and clients. Our workweek typically runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts, aligning with patient requirements. Some flexibility in scheduling may be necessary.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that include detailed evaluations of clients’ psychological health, enabling the formulation of highly personalized treatment plans.
• Develop and progress specific, individualized treatment strategies for each patient, adapting interventions as their needs evolve during therapy.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, tailored to individual client requirements.
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on emotional support, personal growth, and equipping clients with effective coping mechanisms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other health care professionals in a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive treatment and optimal patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support in high-stress situations, maintaining composure while guiding clients through challenging emotional episodes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, therapeutic options, and available community resources, enhancing their support network.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences, contributing insights for continuous improvement and learning within the organization.
• Stay abreast of current research and advancements in mental health therapy, integrating new knowledge into practice for improved patient outcomes.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a varied client base, including adults seeking therapy for anxiety, mood disorders, trauma responses, and personal development issues. Your role will involve building trusting relationships with patients, helping them feel safe and supported throughout their therapeutic journey. Each session will focus on creating a tailored approach to meet individual patient needs.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current, valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Washington.
• Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, particularly with a focus on evidence-based practices, is essential.

• Two years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in outpatient settings.
• A deep understanding of trauma-informed care and proficiency in various therapeutic techniques to successfully engage diverse patient populations.
• The ability to carry out thorough mental health evaluations leading to accurate diagnostics and effective treatment planning.
• Experience conducting both individual and group therapy sessions.
• Strong crisis intervention acumen, coupled with the ability to work under pressure effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for fostering therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems and commitment to maintaining accurate patient records.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
