POSITION SUMMARY

The Office Manager leads daily front desk operations and supports local community marketing efforts that drive awareness, education, and enrollment growth. This role is responsible for modeling and leading an exceptional customer experience, converting opportunities into enrollments, and strengthening the schools presence in the local community.

Days and hours may fluctuate based on the schools needs and season

Reports to Assistant General Manager


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, train, and coach Front Desk team members to uphold expectations

Drive enrollment sales through consistent lead follow up and customer education

Oversee scheduling, staff coverage, and day to day front desk performance

Resolve customer concerns and protect retention

Maintain accurate POS systems, reporting, and inventory controls

Ensure the facility reflects brand standards and safety compliance

Build relationships with schools, daycares, and local organizations

Coordinate and represent the school at community events and outreach efforts

Capture and publish social media content that highlights school events, team culture, and water safety messaging to support local awareness and participation


QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED

Supervisory or management experience preferred

Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills

Organized, proactive, and detail oriented

Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events
