About This Role:

  • Clinical Care & Patient Support
    • Provide direct patient care, including nurse visits, health education, and support for patients and families.
    • Document accurately in the EHR and ensure timely completion of clinical tasks.
    • Monitor patient portal activity and respond to inquiries as appropriate.
  • Clinical Operations & Oversight
    • Oversee EHR workflows and ensure completion of MA tasks and open order tracking.
    • Maintain lab compliance (CLIA-waived testing), medication inventory, and vaccine management (storage, logs, and monitoring).
    • Order and manage clinical supplies based on site needs.
  • Quality, Compliance & Collaboration
    • Ensure adherence to Evara Health policies and all HIPAA, State, Federal, and accreditation standards.
    • Partner with Leadership to support operations, team performance, and continuous improvement.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Education and Experience:

  • Graduate of an accredited RN program
  • Minimum one (1) year as an RN in a healthcare setting with some supervisory experience

Licenses or Certification:

  • Active and unencumbered RN License in the State of Florida
  • IV Certification
  • Current CPR / BLS Certifications
