Exciting preconstruction / estimating Career Opportunity in the Mid-Atlantic!
Driven by rapid growth across the Mid-Atlantic region, our client—a premier general contractor with over 50 years of industry leadership and annual revenues exceeding $450 million—is expanding! Known for excellence and strong industry partnerships, the vast majority of their projects are negotiated directly through a long list of repeat clients.
They are seeking a skilled Estimator to join their premier Preconstruction team. Experience in Multifamily and Commercial construction is strongly preferred.
Position Highlights
- Role: Estimator / Preconstruction Specialist
- Experience Level: 5–10 years preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project bids from preconstruction through award and buyout.
- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and apply trade-specific unit costs.
- Develop detailed scope write-ups, bid packages, and project qualifications.
- Coordinate with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to maintain strong working relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Multifamily or Commercial estimating.
- Proficiency in on-screen takeoff software and Microsoft Office.
