Job Summary:

Liliput is looking for a versatile and results-driven Landscape Maintenance Account Manager who thrives in both the office and the field. This leadership role is responsible for managing enhancement crews, client relations, project scheduling, budgeting, and operational oversight. The ideal candidate is a proactive planner, a motivating team builder, and an expert in horticultural enhancements who can bring both strategic coordination and hands-on expertise to elevate landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact, build rapport, and cultivate long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.

Project & Service Oversight:

  • Coordinate and manage maintenance and enhancement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the required quality standards.

Crew & Operations Coordination:

  • Schedule and manage maintenance crews, communicate client expectations to teams, and ensure proper work techniques are followed.

Property Inspections:

  • Conduct regular on-site visits to properties to inspect maintenance work, assess landscapes, and identify potential issues or enhancement opportunities.
  • Diagnose and develop solutions for problems that come up in landscapes, including but not limited to: turf disease, inadequate moisture, plant pruning timing and needs, improper drainage, plant disease.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Promote additional services and enhancements to existing clients or prospects, sometimes selling these additional services

Eligibility Requirements:

Familiarity with operating basic computer programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word

2-3 years of similar job responsibilities in the landscape industry or applicable college education

Ability to diagnose pest, nutrient, or other landscaping issues impacting trees, shrubs, and lawns.

Good attitude, punctual, teachable, and self-motivated

Bilingual (Spanish)

Desired Characteristics:

Aspire (not required, but preferred):

  • Enter Contracts,
  • Generate estimates (planting/mulch/irrigation repairs/etc)
  • Scheduling new clients
  • Create purchase receipts
  • Enter monthly materials

5+ years of field experience and possess strong horticultural and irrigation background preferred
