Responsibilities
The Manager, Tradeshow Regional is responsible for EFW's exhibit and tradeshow business within an assigned region through strong General Service Contractor (GSC) relationships, business development, and operational leadership. The position serves as the primary regional exhibit resource, developing relationships with local GSC teams, identifying new revenue opportunities, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring consistent execution of exhibit and tradeshow freight.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and regional GSC leadership, sales, and operations teams.
  • Serve as a primary EFW point of contact for GSC partners within the assigned region.
  • Identify opportunities to increase shipment volume and revenue from existing GSC relationships.
  • Develop new GSC, exhibit house, and tradeshow-related business opportunities.
  • Partner with EFW sales teams to pursue new customers and expand existing accounts.
  • Maintain awareness of upcoming shows, events, and opportunities within the region.
  • Provide regional oversight and support for exhibit and tradeshow shipments.
  • Coordinate with EFW operations, Estes, GSCs, and service partners to ensure successful execution.
  • Support planning for major shows and high-profile customer events.
  • Monitor critical shipments and proactively address potential service issues.
  • Serve as an escalation point for exhibit-related challenges within the region.
  • Provide exhibit expertise during customer presentations, planning calls, and business reviews.
  • Assist sales teams in developing transportation solutions for GSCs, exhibit houses, exhibitors, and other tradeshow customers.
  • Build relationships with key customers and prospects throughout the region.
  • Support pricing, proposals, and strategic opportunities as needed.
  • Track regional exhibit activity, revenue, opportunities, and relationship development.
  • Identify market trends, competitive activity, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop regional strategies to increase EFW's presence within the exhibit and tradeshow market.
  • Share best practices and successful strategies across the broader EFW exhibit organization.
  • Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of experience in the tradeshow industry preferred. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
