Job description

Priority One Commercial is a boutique commercial real estate brokerage and property management company serving the Las Vegas Valley since 1993. We specialize in commercial property management, leasing, sales, and investment properties.
We are seeking an organized, dependable, and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team.
This position offers hands on experience working directly with property owners, tenants, vendors, and commercial real estate professionals. Because we are a boutique firm, you will gain exposure to many aspects of commercial real estate rather than being limited to a single role. For the right individual, this position offers the opportunity to grow into commercial leasing and brokerage over time.
Position Summary
The Assistant Property Manager provides administrative and operational support for our commercial property portfolio and associations. Working closely with our management team, you will help coordinate daily operations, maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants, and ensure our properties are professionally managed.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and taking ownership of their work. No two days are exactly the same.
Responsibilities
Assist with the day to day management of commercial properties and associations.
Communicate professionally with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
Create and track maintenance work orders through completion.
Coordinate vendor services and follow up on repairs.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Maintain tenant, vendor, insurance, and property records.
Assist with commercial lease administration, contracts, budgets, reports, and correspondence.
Perform periodic property and common area inspections.
Prepare letters, notices, and general office documents.
Support additional administrative and property management duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required
At least one year of residential or commercial property management experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast paced office environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and basic computer applications.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pass a pre employment background check and drug screening.
Preferred
Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software.
Nevada real estate license is a plus but not required.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
Detail oriented and dependable.
Professional with strong customer service and communication skills.
A self starter who takes initiative.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Interested in building a long term career in commercial real estate.
Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Why Join Priority One Commercial
If you're looking for more than just another property management position, this is an opportunity to build a career in commercial real estate.
