We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented estate planning attorney to join our team as a Special Counsel in our Madison office. This is a full-time, non-partner track position that will support our Estate Planning Practice Group in providing sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and wealth management counsel to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and support to attorneys in estate planning and administration matters

• Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans, including trusts, wills, and other estate planning documents

• Administer trusts and estates, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
