In-Office Position
Join our team at Virginia Property Management Group as a Maintenance Manager and make a real impact in the real estate industry. You'll manage maintenance requests across a portfolio of properties to protect owner assets and enhance resident satisfaction. Your role will include processing and evaluating maintenance requests, assigning to correct vendors, and following up through completion and billing. We value accountability, communication, and results, and your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards we've set.
Responsibilities
• Review reports to determine repairs that need to be made.
• Assessing, schedule and following through to completion all maintenance requests on a portfolio of properties
• Nurture and enhance vendor relations
• Ensure our landlords and their properties are protected, while enhancing the renters' experience.
Qualifications
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
