Job Description:

We are seeking a CMMS Analyst/SME to provide technical expertise and operational insight for projects assessing CMMS platforms. This role involves system configuration review, data structure and quality evaluation, and input into risk and impact assessments related to system usage, performance, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert knowledge of CMMS platforms, functionality, configuration, and workflows.
  • Evaluate data quality, completeness, and system performance across both platforms.
  • Identify risks tied to data integrity, reporting limitations, maintenance tracking, and system usability.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and client to inform risk and impact assessments.
  • Provide input on opportunities for migration, optimization, or enhancements.
  • Participate in technical stakeholder interviews and system demonstrations.
  • Support development of mitigation recommendations from a business continuity, system and user-impact perspective.

Critical Skills:

  • Deep understanding of CMMS platforms (e.g., TMA, SAP, Nuvolo, Maximo, etc.).
  • Experience with preventive maintenance, asset management, and work order processes.
  • Ability to analyze system configurations, integrations, and data structures.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in asset and maintenance management.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Preferred: Certifications in CMMS platforms or related areas (e.g., SAP PM, FMP, CMRP, Maximo/Infor certifications).

Work Experience:

  • 5–8 years of experience working with or administering CMMS platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in evaluating or implementing CMMS in operational environments.
  • Experience in healthcare, facilities, or asset-intensive industries is highly preferred.
