Our T&E group carries a national reputation in estate and probate litigation, contested trust and estate matters, and tax controversy — representing high-net-worth individuals, fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and institutions when disputes arise.
What you'll work on:
  • Contested trust and estate matters
  • Probate litigation and will contests
  • Fiduciary duty disputes and breach of trust claims
  • Conservatorship and guardianship litigation
  • Elder financial abuse claims
  • Tax controversy — IRS examinations, Tax Court, federal court representation
  • Creditor claims and estate administration disputes

Looking for:
  • California Bar admission
  • 4+ years of T&E litigation background experience
