These roles typically require advanced organizational skills, experience, and sometimes specialized knowledge or certifications. Compensation varies based on industry, location, and level of responsibility.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Estate Assistant, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Estate Assistant, you need strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and experience in property management or administration, often supported by a relevant diploma or certificate. Familiarity with property management software, scheduling systems, and basic bookkeeping tools is commonly required. Excellent communication, discretion, and problem-solving skills help you effectively support estate operations and interact with clients, staff, and vendors. These skills are essential for ensuring the smooth running of estate activities and maintaining high standards of service and confidentiality.

What are some typical challenges Estate Assistants face when managing multiple properties, and how can they effectively prioritize tasks?

Estate Assistants often juggle responsibilities across several properties, including coordinating maintenance, managing vendor relationships, and handling administrative duties. The main challenge is staying organized and responsive to urgent needs while maintaining routine tasks. Effective prioritization involves using digital tools for scheduling, maintaining clear communication with property managers and owners, and regularly reviewing task lists to address time-sensitive issues promptly. Building strong relationships with reliable vendors and staying proactive with preventive maintenance can also help minimize unexpected emergencies.

The specific responsibilities can vary depending on the size and needs of the estate. Estate Assistants help ensure that all aspects of the property are well-organized and efficiently managed.

Job description

Summary
A real launchpad into a real estate career, not a classroom. As a Showing Partner with Premier Home Team, you'll spend your days touring homes, meeting buyers, and learning the business through actual client interactions. No cold calling, no desk-sitting. Just reps, feedback, and momentum.
Here's how it works: you'll be paired with an experienced agent and step directly into their pipeline of motivated buyers. Your job is to support their business by showing their leads homes and moving them toward a purchase, not to generate or manage your own client base right out of the gate. That part comes later, once you've built the skills and confidence to handle it.
We're a Zillow Preferred team, which means that pipeline stays full. You'll sharpen your communication skills, build market knowledge, and see real transactions unfold, all while being coached by the agent you're supporting.
This role is a fit if you:
  • Thrive in fast-moving, hands-on environments
  • Would rather be in the field than behind a desk
  • Learn best by doing, not by sitting through slides
  • Want to build real confidence through consistent reps

Evenings and weekend availability are part of the job. That's when buyers are ready to see homes, and that's when you'll be there for them.
Responsibilities
  • Show homes to buyers on behalf of the agent you're supporting, based on their leads
  • Help move that agent's active leads from initial inquiry to in-person showings
  • Coordinate and confirm showing schedules with clients and teammates
  • Deliver a professional, punctual, on-point client experience every time
  • Relay client feedback and insights back to the team
  • Track your activity and client interactions in PLACE Technology
  • Show up for team meetings, trainings, and script practice
  • Keep learning: scripts, market knowledge, client communication
Qualifications
You don't need real estate experience. You need energy, reliability, and a genuine willingness to learn fast.
You might be a great fit if you:
  • Are newly licensed or actively working toward your license
  • Enjoy being out in the field, meeting new people every day
  • Handle a dynamic, sometimes unpredictable schedule with ease
  • Take real pride in being dependable and professional
  • Show up on time and follow through, every time
  • Communicate clearly and respond quickly
  • Take feedback well and act on it
  • Want to grow into a bigger role over time
About-our-team
Premier Home Team, powered by PLACE and Keller Williams Empower, serves buyers and sellers across Delaware and the greater Philadelphia Metro area. We're high-performance, team-oriented, and built around long-term growth for the people who join us.
As part of PLACE, you get in-house marketing and admin support, daily live training, and systems built to help you grow into a bigger role. Many of our agents started exactly where you are now: as a Showing Partner. From here, the path forward is real.
