Job Title: Solution Consultant
Job Summary:
The Solution Consultant will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences by supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of solutions focused on estimates, eligibility, authorizations, orders, and discovery processes. This role bridges technical and operational expertise to ensure clients achieve their business goals efficiently and effectively.
Essential Functions:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their workflows and business needs related to estimates, eligibility, authorizations, orders, and discovery processes.
  • Analyze client requirements and design tailored solutions that align with their operational objectives.
  • Provide detailed product demonstrations and technical explanations to prospective and existing clients.
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify client pain points, opportunities, and system integration needs.
  • Develop and present project proposals, timelines, and cost estimates for solution implementation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Support, to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Offer subject matter expertise in claims management, revenue cycle processes, and healthcare operational workflows.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements impacting eligibility and authorization systems.
  • Train clients and internal teams on implemented solutions to maximize their adoption and success.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational challenges, ensuring client satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:
Specific Job Skills:
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or claims processing.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience with SaaS technology and system integrations is highly desirable.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
