This diversity can make it challenging to design lessons that are both accessible and engaging for everyone. An ESL (English as a Second Language) program is designed to help non-native English speakers improve their proficiency in English. These programs focus on developing listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to help students succeed in academic, professional, and everyday settings. ESL programs are offered in schools, colleges, and community centers and often include cultural orientation to help learners adapt to life in an English-speaking environment.
