Job Title: 7-12 ESL Teacher


Job Type: Full-Time, 2026-2027 School Year
Start Date: August 19, 2026
Application Deadline: Open until filled
Salary Range: $$51,131.00-$87,021.00 Per Master Agreement and experience



We are seeking a dedicated, student-centered ESL Teacher to support multilingual learners across 7-12 grade levels. ย The ideal candidate brings strong instructional skills, cultural responsiveness and a passion for helping students develop English proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and listening.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver ESL instruction aligned to state standards and WIDA frameworks
Assess language proficiency using approved tools and progress-monitoring systems
Collaborate with classroom teachers to support sheltered instruction and language-rich environments
Develop individualized learning plans
Communicate with families using culturally responsive practices
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state/federal ESL program requirements




Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Valid Minnesota teaching license with ESL/ELL endorsement (or ability to obtain)
Experience working with multilingual learners preferred
Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills
