Job Title : ESG Project Manager Job location : Westerville, OH (Onsite) Duration : 12+ month contract with possibility for extension Job Responsibilities: Lead the collection, management, validation, and reporting of environmental and sustainability-related data, including greenhouse gas emissions, energy, water, waste, utility consumption, and other Responsible Business performance metrics. · Establish and maintain data quality standards, validation procedures, and governance processes that improve consistency, transparency, and completeness across global operations. · Coordinate with facility managers, operations teams, and global stakeholders to resolve data gaps and improve reporting quality. · Maintain reporting-ready datasets and supporting documentation required for disclosures, audits, assurance activities, and management reporting. · Lead management of facility environmental performance data to support operational performance monitoring, environmental objectives, and continuous improvement initiatives. Systems & Technology Ownership · Serve as business owner and administrator for Responsible Business reporting and data management platforms, including Workiva ESG, utility management systems, reporting databases, and other sustainability data solutions. · Lead system implementation, configuration, testing, governance, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. · Establish system administration standards, user access controls, documentation, and support processes. · Partner with IT, software providers, and business stakeholders to implement integrations, optimize workflows, and improve user adoption. · Evaluate emerging technologies and reporting solutions that improve efficiency, reporting quality, scalability, and user experience.
