Job description

Position Title: ESG Project Manager

Location: Onsite Position Westerville, OH

Duration: 5+ months contract with potential for extension


Position Summary

  • The Manager, Responsible Business Operations & Governance serves as a key operational leader
  • Responsible Business function. The role is responsible for helping translate strategy into execution through governance, regulatory readiness, stakeholder engagement, policy management, executive support, and enterprise-wide program coordination.
  • This position helps establish and maintain the operational frameworks, governance processes, stakeholder engagement activities, and program management mechanisms that enable
  • Responsible Business function to operate effectively at a global scale.
  • Working across Legal, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, Communications, HR, Finance, Operations, Facilities, and external advisors, the role supports Responsible Business initiatives, regulatory readiness, customer and stakeholder requirements, community impact programs, and strategic sustainability priorities.
  • The successful candidate combines strong program management, governance, communication, stakeholder engagement, and business operations capabilities with an interest in sustainability, corporate responsibility, organizational effectiveness, and strategic execution.


Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Policy, Communications, Sustainability, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, Finance, Legal Studies, Environmental Studies, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in program management, business operations, governance, consulting, sustainability, communications, compliance, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving executive stakeholders, competing priorities, organizational change, and multiple workstreams.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership through governance, strategic planning, communications, stakeholder engagement, and program execution.
  • Experience developing governance processes, policies, procedures, organizational operating models, or program management frameworks.
  • Experience coordinating budgets, contracts, consultants, vendors, invoices, purchase orders, or related business operations activities.
