Job Summary:  Position in Collierville, Shelby County, Tennessee

As a Title Escrow Associate, you will play a vital role in facilitating real estate transactions by assisting with the title and escrow process. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues will contribute to the smooth execution of property transfers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Document Preparation:
    • Review escrow contracts for accuracy.
    • Enter title orders into the company’s computer system.
    • Collect essential documentation required for the escrow process.
    • Clear title and assist with issuing title policies
  2. Client Coordination:
    • Coordinate with clients and external parties throughout the escrow process.
    • Schedule closings with selling and buying parties, title agents, and other stakeholders.
    • Provide support to the escrow officer as needed.
  3. File Management:
    • Open and close escrow files efficiently.
    • Prepare documents for recording and disbursement.
