Based in Tulsa and part of The Fay Group, TC&E delivers comprehensive title solutions across the mortgage lifecycle – from due diligence and securitization to default support and loan modifications. TC&E’s services include title insurance, lien clearance, assignment processing, post-closing reviews, and borrower closings in all 50 states. Reporting to the VP, Escrow, this position oversees the escrow process for real estate transactions, including the preparation, execution and delivery of escrow documents. This role is responsible for developing client relationships and determining escrow requirements while confirming all title issues have been cleared. This position reviews and approves escrow documents, administers closings, addresses and resolves client questions or concerns, balances escrow funds and coordinates with the funding team to ensure accurate disbursement of escrow funds.

This role manages a high volume of real estate closings and escrow transactions and partners with various stakeholders including lenders, servicers, buyers, sellers, attorneys, real estate agents and brokers to ensure seamless real estate transactions, accurate disbursements and timely closings. Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring compliance and adherence with all federal and state regulatory requirements throughout the transaction process.

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • State escrow officer license, certification or designation (as required by state law)
  • 3+ years’ experience working in escrow title, real estate transactions or escrow officer positions
  • 2+ years’ experience preparing legal, escrow and title documents used in conjunction with real estate transactions
  • Strong knowledge of escrow procedures and regulations and real estate transaction processes
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role within a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous successful experience in a sales or business development role
  • Proficiency in escrow management software and closing platforms; Familiarity with AtClose software preferred
  • Solid skills and experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Compensation

  • The hiring range for this position is between $52,000.00 to $68,000.00 annually
  • This position is eligible for an additional monthly incentive
