A growing real estate and escrow services team in Bellevue, WA is seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to support the coordination and processing of real estate transactions from opening through closing. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in escrow, title, real estate, lending, mortgage, banking, or a highly regulated administrative support environment.
The Escrow Assistant will work closely with Escrow Officers, clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other transaction partners to keep files organized, deadlines on track, and closings moving smoothly. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the title and escrow industry while working with a professional, collaborative team that values accuracy, responsive communication, and strong customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Escrow Officers with the processing and coordination of real estate transactions from file opening through closing.

- Communicate professionally with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and internal team members regarding transaction status and outstanding items.
