You will own end-to-end feature delivery across the full stack - React Native mobile frontend, serverless backend services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB), and LLM orchestration layer - with direct accountability for performance, reliability, and quality at scale. Your work includes architecting real-time streaming protocols for sub-second response delivery, building data-driven feedback systems that measure and improve AI response accuracy across specialized agent domains, and developing intelligent push notification infrastructure with context-aware delivery. You will define and instrument operational metrics to drive continuous model and system improvements, contribute to system design reviews for high-traffic scenarios (re:Invent scale: 50K+ concurrent users), and partner with product, design, and applied science teams to evaluate new LLM capabilities and agent orchestration patterns. You will mentor junior engineers and interns, raise the engineering bar through code reviews and documentation, and own operational excellence - writing runbooks, designing for graceful degradation, and maintaining high availability during peak event periods.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Experience with Android, iOS or other mobile application development or testing
- Experience with building multi agentic orchestration workflows with AI
